How to make a hotel reservation
A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different hotels have been reserved in Milan for the period of the Congress. The Congress venue, the MICO – Milan Convention Centre, is accessible by public transport.

Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by 1st April 2015. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.
A voucher will be sent out as confirmation of your reservation.

Guarantee/ payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
The total amount due for the stay and a reservation fee of € 20,00 (VAT 22% included) will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking.
AIM GROUP International – Milan Office  will issue an invoice for the charged amount.

Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM GROUP International – Milan Office.
AIM Group International – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

  • > Before 23rd March 2015: only reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
  • > Before 6th April 2015: one night accommodation will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
  • > From 7th April 2015: No refund
  • > No show (cancellation within 48 hours from check-in date), amendments and cancellations after 6th April 2015: No refund

Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.

Milan City tax – IMPORTANT
Starting from 1st September 2012, Milan City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Milan.
Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:

  • > € 5,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
  • > € 5,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
  • > € 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels
